Order Status
- Where do I find the status of my order?
- Click on the robot icon in the top right , then click on "Your Account". Recent orders will show the status under each order. Click "View" to see details. Click on "Order History" to see your entire order history.

International Shipping
- Do you ship to my country?
- Please create an account by clicking the robot icon in the top right , and selecting "Your Account". Once you have an account you can add an address under "Your Account". If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
- What are my payment choices?
- During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. For our Purchase Order option, we must have a copy of your PO on file in order to ship.
- When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
- Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout process where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

- Do I have to pay Custom Duties and Taxes?
- We make every attempt to follow all countries laws when exporting from the United States. Canadian customers will pay duties and taxes at checkout as we pre-pay these at time of shipping in order to expedite the import process. All other countries are required to follow their own countries importing laws.

Pricing and Billing
- What currency is my order charged in?
- All AndyMark sales are in US Dollars.
- Price Adjustments
- In the event a part or product is discounted, AndyMark will issue a credit to the customer for the difference, if the purchase was made within 14 days of when the discount was applied. Price adjustments do not apply to Deal of the Day Pricing.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
- Changes are around the corner, but currently we collect sales tax for orders from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, California and Texas. Check our Tax Exempt Info page for more information if your purchase should be Tax Exempt.

- When will my credit appear on my account?
- Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
- When will my credit card be charged?
- We only make an authorization request at time of order placement. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of shipment of your item(s). Pre-orders are charged in advance of shipment.

- To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may use the navigation menus on the top of our website.or type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
- How do I navigate the site?
- To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. - How do I use a Promotional Code?
- After adding items to your cart, proceed through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Step, look for the "+Enter a Promo Code" link at the top. Click this for a text box to appear and enter your code, then click "Add". Not all Promotional codes work with each other
