Return Policy

AndyMark, Inc. will accept returns of items purchased if the product is returned within 30 days after the date of receipt, and the item is unused and returned in the same condition it was received. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment when available, less a 10% restock fee. No refunds will be given for custom parts or if otherwise indicated on the product page.

To begin the return process, log into your AndyMark account, locate in Order History the order for the items you want to return, select “Request a Return” at the top of the page, then complete the Returns Form.

Expect an email from AndyMark regarding your return’s approval within 2-3 business days.

Returns can be made by:

    • You pay the carrier for shipping fees.
  • Easy Return Label ($8)
    Please note that $8 will be deducted from the refund credit for the use of the Easy Return Label. This option is only available for the contiguous US and packages weighing less than 50 pounds.
    • Securely package the items you would like to return, fill out and include the On-line Return Form, and affix the Easy Return shipping label proved via email once your return request has been processed on-line.
    • Give the package to your FedEx carrier or drop it off at any FedEx shipping location or drop box.
    • A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Returns for orders older than 30 days will only be accepted with prior authorization. Contact to receive authorization. Returns past 30 days are eligible for Merchandise Credit only, with a 15% restocking fee.
The merchandise credit will be issued back to the customer’s account in the form of a store credit once the product is received by AndyMark. The store credit will automatically be applied when a new order is placed on the account, until the credit balance is $0.

General RMA Guidelines:

Please wait for email approval from AndyMark of your return before sending the products back to us.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or packing list with your order, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Returns for orders past 30 days of receipt are eligible for store credit only, and must have prior authorization.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns on items that were purchased over 30 days, old version releases or obsoleted products.
  • In the event your product is not received in a condition to be placed back in inventory, we reserve the right to change your refund method to merchandise credit only, and increase the restock fee.

Restocking Fee

Because of costs associated with crediting accounts, bank fees, and reissuing receipts, AndyMark, Inc. will charge a restock fee 10% of the retail price on any returned item within 30 days and a 15% restock fee on items after 30 days.

Reorder/Exchange Process

Exchanges are handled by processing a credit for the returned items, then reordering and billing the new item. We are unable to do a direct exchange of parts of products.

Price Adjustments

AndyMark will honor a price adjustment on any product that has a price decrease within 14 days of the purchase date. Deal of the Day, special sales and discounts are excluded from any price adjustments.
