Box Tube Extrusion

These aluminum box extrusions are robust and lightweight solutions for custom robot frames, superstructures and mechanism construction. Made to all of your favorite English sizes, the classic 2x1 thin wall tubing is now joined by its thicker-walled counterpart. We have also introduced two thicknesses of 1x1 sizes that teams know and love to build their medium-sized mechanisms as well as 1.5x1.5 and 2x2 thin wall square tube for telescoping climbers.

For smaller mechanisms, we recommend using our 5/8 (0.625 x 0.625 in.) square box tube that is also compatible with our S3 line of brackets and gussets.
