Product Overview
From 2017-2019, The Rainbow STEM Alliance provided pronoun ribbons at the FIRST Championship events, in partnership with their earliest supporters, and The LGBTQ+ of FIRST student organization. In 2020, they made the decision to switch to a longer lasting lapel pin. This diestruck, enamel coated, steel pin is slightly larger than the LGBTQ+ of FIRST lapel pin, and will last for many competitions, without the need for a specific badge to hang it on. New for 2023 are 3 new pin options, She/They, He/They, and “Any Pronouns”, in addition to the original offerings of He/Him, She/Her, They/Them, and “Ask Me About My Pronouns” bringing the total to 7. Based on feedback from so many in the community, the RSA has also started transitioning the design to be higher contrast, in an effort to ease visibility, and the AndyMark pins will follow suit in time.
We at AndyMark are proud to continue our support of the Rainbow STEM Alliance, and their mission to support LGBTQ+ youth pursuing STEM education. As a part of our partnership, a majority of the proceeds from these pin sales goes directly to The Rainbow STEM Alliance.

High contrast beauty
So happy to be able to wear this, while also donating to a great cause. I got the new she/they pin (which I was delighted to see exists now) and the high contrast of the new coloring is great. It feels much more visible, though I do still love the original metal finish.

Good Quality, Great Feels
Bought this for my niece and they love it! It's amazing how a little pin can help so much with inclusion and making people feel comfortable in their own skin. Great quality pin that will last.

Sweet pins
They’re sturdy and not too bulky/heavy. I’ve never had a problem with Andymark pin backs. Really impressed, as always with these guys. Thank you guys for continuing support of the LGBTQ+ of FIRST ❤️
