Product Overview
The bore is a 1/2 in. hole with two 1/8 in. keyways. Only one keyway is needed to drive most wheels, so the second one is extra.
Also, the keyways are consistently aligned with the mounting holes.

Boss helps center sprockets on hub.

3 of 4 good. 1 unusable
3 of 4 ordered were great. Had to order a replacement for one because key ways we're cut improperly. Replacement part had same problem. Ended up boring them out and using collars instead of original design.

To Whom ot may Concern, The quality of these Hubs were fine but the shipping cost was too high. Overall I am not happy with Andy Mark's quality. The Gearboxes we odered did not ave the correct sprocket size. The Keyed Shafts were oversized and we had to machine them down. The Engineering specifications for product are not always clear.

Hub
Should be standard equipment with the robotics wheels. It takes time to figure out exactly which Hub to order.

"Poor Concentricity"
"We planned on using this to mount our drive sprocket specifically because of the claim it would help us align the sprocket; unfortunately, the concentricity of the bore and hub shaft is visibly off on all 4 pieces we ordered by a significant amount. This caused our sprocket to wobble (axially and radially) considerably, which isn't good for #25 chain. I suspect we got a bad batch, but I'd hope for better quality control."

These fit the 6" Mecanum Wheels much better than the old style hub.
