Metric key for 10mm hub.
This part compliments the hub/motor assembly, making for an easy and complete installation.

OK Key, variable tolerances.
These keys have variable tolerances. Much like many keys that you might buy at the local HW store. I just expected better.

Machine Key
These fit the motors perfectly. Not having the capability of cutting them to fit exactly, this makes life much easier!

Did not fit on PG27
Did not fit in grove of either PG27 or AM2088. It's made of an extremely hard steel, difficult to file or sand down to fit. Would have been nicer if it had fit.

Good Key, not quite the right size
We used this key with the PG71 gear motor and the 16 Tooth Gear (am-2088). The key is the right width, but it really wants to be 4mm x 5mm from what I could tell. The key did not fit tight and would loosen up with use. We ended up needing to use a shaft collar to keep the key from falling out. Even then the interface would get sloppy with use.

It's a Machine key and it does it's job
Not much to say about machine keys. You need them when you need them. In my case, I needed them for PG71 motors/planetary gearboxes. AM had them in stock with fast shipping.

Fit
Were suggested to be used with the 10MM keyed hubs... they do not fit had to file them down to get to fit. (AndyMark Response 2/4/15: Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.)
