Batteries will not hold a charge.
We fully charged the pair of these batteries and they will not hold a charge. At full capacity, they only last 2-3 minutes. We have batteries that are 4 years old that will last for 10-12 minutes on the same 'bot. (AndyMark response: Please contact us with your contact info and order number, and we will replace these batteries. We had a few on the shelf that were stored for a while. These may be from that batch.)

Customer Service!
Last year in Houston we bought new batteries and for some reason they didn't hold up well in the off season. After talking to customer service, neither we nor they could figure out why but that didn't matter. Andymark replaced them free of charge no questions asked and shipped them promptly. 2019 Batteries
All of the batteries we got from AM and AM FIRSTchoice we’re garbage last year. They lasted until our first regional and then some of them started costing us matches. We bought a batterybeak from AM which I would strongly recommend because that helped us determine which batteries were bad and stop using them. We took them to Houston and talked to AM about it and they said they had a bad batch of them and replaced the ones we bought for free. They said there wasn’t anything they could do about the FIRSTchoice ones but they did have a bunch there in Houston and the new ones we got were good and very reasonable in price. Their personal service in Houston was remarkable and helpful in other areas as well.
