Lack of Product Specifications on Website
First of all, one problem I have with this product is the fact that this didn't tell me that the cable had no connector pins, which I would've used to hook the system up to a control hub. Second of all, I couldn't find any tutorials on this site regarding how to wire and operate the system - something that would've been extremely helpful. As such, me and my engineering group has wasted money on two of these as our school do refunds on parts they have ordered. In the future, it'd be best if this website told the user the compatibility of the items sold, how to use said items, and how to operate them.
