TreadRunner Conversion Kit

This kit is used to convert your existing Original 6-Wheel TileRunner into the terrain-crushing beast that is the TreadRunner.

TreadRunner is a robust, powerful, unstoppable treaded drivetrain! This robot drive chassis drives a pair of 2" wide timing belt treads to push, climb, and overcome obstacles in its path. Like other standard TileRunners, it uses two PicoBox Duos along with sturdy aluminum sheet metal frame components.

You'll receive two Treads (am-3963) and the toothed drive pulleys (am-3967), to replace the Stealth Wheels, as well as all the spacers, tensioners, and needed hardware. Included is also a tension shaft for each tread, which includes a roller, spacers, nut, and bolt. This bundle

• If you have the TileRunner that uses Orbital NeveRests you will also need to replace your Orbital NeveRests with NeveRest Classis 40s or NeveRest Classic 60s and quantity 2 of PicoBox Duo so that the chassis can be configured with the rear-mounted motors.
• This conversion kit intends for you to reuse the Nubs from your 6-Wheel Drive TileRunner.

High-Performance Features: This version of the TileRunner retains the drop center performance boost by adding an idler pulley where the traditional center wheel goes. This way the TreadRunner turns on a dime and trucks in a straight line like no TileRunner kit before.
