These adapters are intended to be a high strength solution to adapt the Falcon Spline to any product that has a 1/2 in hex bore. This product includes the correct size washers to retain items along the hex shaft, as well as a thread-patch 8-32 screw to be used in conjunction with spacers included with the Falcon 500 motor to retain motion hardware.

Great Option to Adapt to Hex Shaft for Falcon Motors
We used the Hex Shaft adapter on almost every Falcon motor we used this year. Overall they worked great. A few were a little harder to push on but worked great. Highly recommend.
