Harder than I expected to use.
The metal channel piece is very difficult to crimp. I started changing everything to power pole but after throwing away six crimps because the wires just fall out of them or the metal breaks or it can't fit the plastic housing or once it is in the connections are loose and unreliable. I just thew them in a drawer, maybe the smaller ones that don'y use a U channel setup are easier and more reliable. Maybe it takes a special tool I don't know about or just a lot of practice.
